The Central Montana Community Center is available to rent for private and public functions.

Features include:

  • 1,350-square-foot dining room with room to seat 100 guests for meals or classrooms – this area may be divided in half to accommodate two separate functions
  • Large commercial kitchen, including dishwashing area, serving window with steam table, and coffee area.
  • Small conference room adjoining the dining room with dry erase board and audiovisual equipment upon request. This room can comfortably seat 12-15 guests.
  • All handicapped-accessible, with on-site parking, a covered entryway and climate control.


Dining Room (after COA work hours)

  • $50 for up to 4 hours
  • $100 for 4-8 hours

Dining Room PLUS Kitchen (after COA work hours)

  • $75 for up to 4 hours
  • $125 for 4-8 hours

Conference Room Only

  • FREE for lunch meetings when at least 4 dine at Grubstakes (COA congregate lunch program)
  • $25 for up to 4 hours
  • $40 for 4-8 hours


  • $10 flat rate for use of the center’s coffee area, including coffee and all necessary equipment

A 50% deposit of the rental fee is necessary to reserve the Community Center for functions and is refundable ONLY if a one-week advance notice of cancellation is given.

Rental fee includes garbage, heat and electricity.
